Always in control, always up to date
Whether you’re on the job, on the go, or at the office, My Riwal keeps you in control and up to date. With our new notification service, you’ll receive alerts at every stage of the rental process. This feature is now available in Denmark, Spain, France, and for large international projects through our International Rental department.

In-app
You will receive the messages within My Riwal itself. By clicking on the message, you will navigate to the related order, rental, invoice or quotation.
Push
You can choose to receive alerts directly on your phone in your message center. Opening the message will navigate you to the notifications list in the My Riwal app.
Preferences
You can choose which notifications you want to receive, via which channel (in-app or push) and if you want to receive alerts about all orders within your company (company-wide).
How to activate your notifications
Activating your notifications is easy:
- Open My Riwal (either the mobile or web version)
- Go to ‘Settings’ (in mobile, via ‘More’)
- Go to ‘Notifications’
On this page, you can easily customise which notifications you receive, how they are delivered (in-app or push), and whether you want to receive alerts only for your orders or for all company-wide orders.
Types of notifications
Order confirmation
We inform you when a new order has been confirmed.
Expiring rental
We inform you when your rental period is about to expire.
Quotation
We can inform you when you have received a new quotation.
Delivery
We inform you when a new delivery is scheduled and when it has been delivered.
Off-hire
We inform you when we have processed your off-hire request and updated your order.
Repair
We inform you about the repair status of your machines.
Collection
We inform you when a collection (pick up) is scheduled at one of your revenues.
Invoice
We can inform you about the status of your invoices.
Missing order info
We inform you when information is missing on one of your orders.
FAQ’s
By default, our notifications will inform you about your rental activities. If you want to stay updated on activities from others, you can enable the ‘company-wide’ mode to receive notifications for all events. This allows you to get order confirmations, delivery updates, and financial alerts for all company activities.
Your notifications are synced across both the My Riwal desktop and mobile app. Your settings will be synchronized across devices as well (please note that push notifications are only available through the mobile app).
If you have activated push notifications on your mobile phone, you will still receive our notifications even when you are not actively using the My Riwal app.
The notifications module is available for customers in Denmark, France, Spain and for large international projects managed by Riwal International Rental (RIR). My Riwal, along with the notifications sent to you, is available in the same language as your mobile device.
