Riwal.com and the customer portal My Riwal combine an attractive design with user-friendly features. We make doing business easy: all industry expertise and rental information is now accessible in one place.
We proudly present the latest version of My Riwal. With the launch of our improved customer portal, Riwal now offers a unique user experience across all our platforms. Your rental activity can be managed more efficiently with a broad range of features:
- insights into current and previous orders
- access to financial info such as expenses, invoices and quotations
- on-site access to documentation. All our machines are equipped with a QR-code. The QR scanner can be used to report issues directly and off-rent immediately.
- machine comparison and order: with more accurate and complete machine data and images than ever before, we enable customers to base their equipment choices on the latest insights.
- rental status: overview of rented machines, pending delivery and pending collection
- telematics showing the exact machine location, consumption, CO2-emissions and running hours
