300 Partners of Riwal and JLG gather at customer event

To celebrate our longstanding relationship with JLG, we organised a customer event bringing together hundreds of valued partners at this year's APEX. JLG Industries and Riwal have shared values and insights since 1986 our relationship was established. In 1995, we became the official dealer of JLG equipment.

Celebrating valued partnerships

Riwal’s CEO Pedro Torres opened yesterday’s event, at Buitenplaats Vaeshartelt in Maastricht, together with Karel Huijser, General Manager of JLG. “We are delighted to welcome so many valued partners tonight at this wonderful venue. Our cooperation is all about partnership. In the 28 years of our official distributorship, we have witnessed the rental market mature and develop”, Pedro Torres said.

Karel Huijser added: “We are so much more than just supplier and customer. Riwal and JLG continuously strive for innovation together. Therefore, it is of great value to us to be able to share knowledge and market insights with our network. On a night like this, we can enjoy this inspiring environment to join forces and strengthen our bonds, continuing these relationships.”

Shaping the future of the industry

Karel Huijser continued: “We are very proud of our long-standing relationship with Riwal, which is based on trust and a shared focus on the needs of our customers.” Pedro Torres concluded: “Tonight is a perfect opportunity to celebrate the success of our cooperation. We look forward to continuing our collaboration in the years to come, supporting each other to better serve our customers, and shaping the future of the industry together.”

Buildings and structures may shield or funnel wind at low levels while at the elevated position the platform is exposed to greater force. Therefore, all AWPs must be designed and tested to demonstrate stability for operation while exposed to permissible wind speeds or be labelled as designed for indoor use only.
