Connecting our fleet management system with yours
For one of our clients in The Netherlands, Riwal provided an online platform with our machine data, that was connected with the customer’s own logistical platform. The smart connection between these two systems allows our client’s operating companies to easily track the equipment flows for each project.
From a joint vision, it was decided to digitalise the hiring process via Riwal and simplify the ordering process. After intensive cooperation, the systems were linked and we now provide the client’s online platform with the desired data. It is now possible for all the customer’s operating companies to order (hire) our aerial work platforms, telehandlers and forklift trucks easily and directly from the platform.
Ordering via the platform is easy and straightforward. After selecting the right machine, entering the delivery date and expected return date, the rental price is immediately visible.
